Which countries do we deliver to?

We deliver our products mainly to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Worldwide shipping is still possible.

Do I have to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some benefits of having an account with us:

What are the shipping costs and when will I receive my package?

We do not charge shipping costs within Germany, to other countries we charge you the amount that costs us shipping.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered in Germany, Switzerland and Austria within 17-30 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction)

How can I track my order?

If tracking is desired, we will email your tracking information once your order has shipped. Normally you will receive the tracking number one day after we ship your order.
